Hello, I was wondering if this is actually cashmere and do you know anything about Jimmy Chen?

He has a shop making suits and shirts in the Peninsula Hotel in Hong Kong. I had some shirts made there about eight years ago. Quality and value for money was good.

He's a tailor in HK and is/was pretty reputatable. Can't say if the suit is from cashmere or no though.
