Are these real Levis? Different tab, red themed.

One of my mates gave me these before he changed town. He said they were an expensive pair of "limited edition" Levi's jeans. But are they real? Ive been in question for a while, i couldnt find anything like them online so i decided to join this forum to ask for your help.
