I have a gently used black Banana Republic car coat for sale. It's a size large. It is 90% wool and 10% cashmere. It has 4 hidden buttons along the front and slant pockets. It does not have a vent in back. Would probably be best for a US 40 or 42. Measurements are as follows:

Shoulder: 18.5"
Sleeve: 27"
