Most hipsters vehemently deny being hipsters. The others ironically call themselves "hipster douchebags."

If you ever hear someone say "I hate hipsters, but it's hilarious to go to where they hang out and mock them"? You have a hipster.

I suspect that the average forum member here would resent being called a hipster because he considers himself much hipper than a hipster. Sort of like how a corset goth looks at a mall goth.
