Hmm, was quoted 3-4 months for certain styles as they are MTO, unsure if these are included in the promotion... will let you guys know when I hear back!

Typical "D" translates to EG "E" correct?

Confirmed, you can use discount on MTO shoes, so essentially... I guess you can request any style/size if you are willing to wait. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

I placed an order with Mark for two pairs, I was able to get the Chelsea in an E width and ordered MTO Dovers with a 5 month wait.  Total with lasted trees was just north of $1700.

Correct. US width D translates to EG's UK width E.

My St. James just arrived.

Thanks again to the OP. Amazingly fast shipping and very nice people to deal with.

GG also?

Has anyone ordered C&J in custom styles from them as part of the sale? (i.e., apart from what's listed on the website).

Am interested in a Lowndes, or a Chadwick 2, though the GG's look mighty tempting.

How are folks here getting shoes that are not listed?? I wanted a pair of the EG Double Monks but didnt see them on the website. Who do I contact to get them or is it MTO?

Also how long is this lasting for?
