Mark did tell me it would be this week that they receive the shoes from EG factory, I thought the turn around time within UK is like 2 working days like Tricker's and Loakes. Oh wells... just have to wait.

You have to file paperwork with your government to get the money back. Or pay a brokerage company to do it for you.

Guys,

In case you do not know Royal Mail is limited to 2 KG or 4.4 LB if package is over that weight Royal Mail cannot be used.
