They are brand new, with tags, and still in the sealed bag I received them in.
The texture is as the image shows, the irregular colouration is actually tactile; you can feel the variations in thickness, unique.
Quality of N&F is superb for the price range in case you're unfamiliar with the brand (personally own numerous models)
