London/UK PSA: Exquisite Trimmings Pop-Up Shop/Sample Sale

Just a shout out to those in London and the rest of the UK.

I am considering making a pop-up shop/sample sale to preview some lines lines I am adding and also offer some great prices on already existing stock. I am planning this for the first half of March.

My question to you is, what would be a convenient location? I'm looking for an area, postcode or even specific location would be great. Once I get a general idea, I'll get to work on it.

I have looked into the typical sample sale places like the Old Truman Brewery, but it seemed like way to much hassle and I'm not sure if that's a good location. The Music Room and somewhere on Mercer Street near Covent Garden, but their rooms are far too large. I was even thinking a hotel suite!

Maybe one day.. The amount of brands that have told me they won't sell to me because I don't have a shop front is astonishing.
