A good double breasted blazer will be hard to find for $150 new, even on ebay.

The pants would be a bit easier to find, but don't expect top quality pants at that price range. Take a look at the buying and selling forum and you might get lucky. Incotex Sartoriale comes with suspender buttons, as do some Ralph Lauren Purple Label, Mabitex Sartoriale and Ralph Lauren Blue Label (Made in Italy). The Ralph Lauren Blue Label wil be the easiest to find in your size and price on ebay. I have a pair of Incotex Sartoriale that I am selling in your size with suspender buttons but they are grey not khaki.

Are you looking for braces buttons in lieu of belt loops? Because otherwise it's a cheap/simple tailoring operation to add them.

Most dress pants either come with suspender buttons attached or come with a bag of them to have sewn on if you want to use them.

For some reason, I totally forgot about this. Meanwhile, I used to have it done all the time. Also, if you don't want the belt loops, any tailor will easily take them off for a more "custom" look.

It was my impression that pants designed for with suspenders in mind will be cut slightly differently than those designed for loops to which buttons have been added. (Although I have added buttons to many 'for belt' pants and had no problems.)

Okey thank you.
No I wasn't thinking of a blazer for under 150 USD, I was refering to the pants,
Edmorel, that would just be silly.

Thank you very much gentlemens, although, the suspenders that I were going to buy, is sold out! Paul Stuart, with red gingham checks.

Are there any recommendations for the DB blazer?

I'd imagine that the ultra traditional one would be DB 6 on 2 in blue worsted serge, with side vents. Where does one go about getting such an item at a reasonable price.

(Despite the thread title, you mentioned the blazer. I hope this won't be construed as hijacking the thread.)

The recoemmendations for the DB blazer is that either it should be a club blazer or a light colour, sand or something like that.

In size 36, not in search of a Attolini priced, don't want to buy that expensive piece without having a look, feel, wear it first.

I hope this is moderately appropriate (advertising a SF member's eBay auction) but I believe the suspenders you're looking for can be found on the cheap here.

The seller is first rate.
