My advice? Rent a peach tuxedo! I'm only joking a subtle way to incorporate peach into your prom outfit is to find a peach pocket square. ;-) Alternatively you could wear a peach shirt with a grey suit.
If you really have to match with her outfit, then I agree that a peach pocket square would be a good option. In my opinion you should avoid the peach shirt though.
With your boutonnière flower if you must. There is a school of thought (to which I subscribe) that couples shouldn't match (as long as they don't clash).
