Bringing up therapy for someone

So if you've followed my posts in the pissing you off thread, you can guess who it is for... Anyway, just kind of looking for advice on how/if to proceed with suggesting therapy for someone. I know that you can't sit down and say "you need therapy" that the person has to want to go so how do you do that?

I understand your sentiment, but I think any attempt is futile until they decide they want to change. And, based on my own limited experience, the only change they're looking for is someone else to play the sucker, at least as long as necessary. And there are a lot of Willing Suckers out there - so it's far easier to find a new Sucker than to face up to and deal honestly with a society that has accepted and/or enabled their nonsense for this long. So, count me as one very skeptical vote for No.
