Ok, let's say you are interviewing for a conservative firm, how non-conservative can you dress and not look like a jerk? How about a gray, or navy windowpane suit, white shirt, solid tie? Yay, or nay?

Windowpane for an interview strikes me as a seriously bad idea. Certainly, it is not CBD.
