1. Quite a deal here on a pair of Epaulet Walt Grey Flannel Trousers. They're tailor-NWT, meaning they've been hemmed and the waist has been taken in slightly to a 33 (tag size 34), but the tag is still attached, and they haven't been worn at all.

Waist: 16.8" (with just under 1" to let out)
Inseam: 30.5" (with 2" to let out)
Leg opening: 8.25"

The third pic is my iPhone's attempt at a fabric close up. Suffice it to say, the trousers are medium gray, and there's some lovely, subtle heathering in the flannel (it looks somehow streaky in my pic, which is not the case IRL). A well-made trouser in a classic, soft, staple fabric. Yours for $70 SOLD.

2. J Crew Bowery medium gray wool trousers, urban slim fit, size 32 (true 33 with room to let out or take in).

Waist: 16.5" with 1.5" to let out (split waistband construction as seen below)
Rise: 10.5"
Leg opening: 7.5"
Inseam: 31.5" with 1.5" to let out

The soft wool is a rich gray with a subtle, interesting twill structure -- from several seasons ago, when J Crew was still using good fabrics. Worn four to five times, stored with cedar, retail $120-$130, yours for $40 SOLD.

Fabric detail -- inaccurate color, though; top hanger pic is color accurate
