Hi all,

I’d like to introduce Tiberias clothing to SF. You might have seen a little about us from the RMHC charity auction, but now for our formal introduction: http://tiberiasclothing.com

We want to offer quality SF approved clothing and great prices with our MTM service, utilizing only a high quality maker, and high quality fabrics from mills such as Loro Piana, VBC, Ariston, and we’ll be adding zegna fabrics soon.

Site still under construction, but we are aiming to be open end of Jan/beg of Feb.

Also in talks of having a retail location in San Fran, if everything works out we’ll be fully stocked with scotch so come look at some fabrics, chat and have a drink!

Pics to come, everyone loves pics! I know thinkderm wanted to see some tux’s

Feedback is welcome! Let us know how to better serve you!

I'm pretty excited about this.  Especially if you open a retail store in San Francisco.  Been trying to find the right overcoat for next winter season.  If you can post up a bunch of gorey detailed pics of your stuff it'd be a great start! (buttonholes, lapel/pocket stitching, etc)

Great news for SF. Where are you thinking of placing the store?

West Portal area :)

I hope you open that physical location in San Francisco (even if West Portal is a bit of a hike), since the Bay Area really needs another MTM option with a person on site to take measurements. What's your timeframe for opening the shop?

So website launch in less than 2 weeks:

While finishing up everything I wanted to give out some details, and also ask for some feedback.

Currently for suiting offering 3 options

Half canvas

Full canvas

handmade full canvas

Customer service is key to our business. Free shipping CONUS -International shipping varies depending on the country but pm me for questions

3 different measuring options:

1) Order try-on's: we ship a try on to you, take it to a tailor have them provide measurements/adjustments based on try-ons. Tip the tailor $10-20 for their time which I think is pretty reasonable for a 10-15min fitting, ship the try on back with the label provided, and we'll reimburse your tip to the tailor as a credit on your purchase :)

2) Provide measurements, we create the suit off the measurements

3) Request a label, ship the suit to us, we take the measurements of your suit and we'll ship it back to you.

$100 alteration credit for any minor fixes that need to be done when you receive your product to make it perfect.

Anyways, now for a contest for site launch:

Design a suit, make a post maybe tell us a little about what it's for, where you are from, the weather etc.

I would like it to be fun, and also for others to get ideas this spring/summer, as well as get valuable feedback in the direction of the company in terms of product.

What fabrics to be stocking up, make sure price point aligns with our customers etc.

winner will be determined  3/11/13,

Alyssa from styleforum will pick a winner at random, that winner gets a free suit!

The more entries, The more winners

I personally hate entering contests with no hope of winning, ie like the lottery. The chance of winning is so little. I'll keep the odds to about 1/50. If we get 100 entries, Alyssa will pick 2 winners etc.
