I would like to know what boots James Dean wore all of the time. They look like black cowboy boots with a cap toe, low heal that is possibly rounded, and they are very plain with no embroidery or stitching. Other than thinking that they might be old Frye boots, I have know clue about them. I looked at Frye's new boots, but they don't make any with the low heal and a cap toe. Does anyone here know what make and model they are? Possibly if they are still made or if there are repros, possibly even a boot that looks like them? He must have liked them a lot because they are in almost every picture of him in public that I have seen from the period.
