Jack Purcell? All Stars? Vans?

I'm looking for sneakers to go with jeans, something I can just put on that matches without me having to think about it. The Jack Purcells look good but they don't seem to have much support - is there anything else that's comfortable with arch support?

Onitsuka Tigers are the best mix of comfort and style, in my opinion.

Sambas aren't bad if you're not doing a workout in them. And they aren't in the currently-overplayed rack either.

The tigers I have are so uncomfortable - they have no support. It is just a flat sole with no padding at all.

+1 on the Samba's.

Agree they aren't a workout shoe. But they look great with just about anything. Really nice with jeans or a suit if that's your style. And cheap too.

You must have the Mexico' 66.
The other classic Tigers model, the Ultimate 81, is so comfortable that apparently many people use it for weightlifting.
