just get your j crew lengths taken in a bit for $10 at a local tailor. if everything else fits the way you like it that's not bad OTR

What? Do are 'they'? MTM is a process, it's not a firm. You can ask for shorter length, exposed placket, button down collar, etc. to make it more casual.
