I like soy milk, but I am looking for good milk to make coffee with.

What city were you in that had a Wegmans? I am originally from Rochester, NY and I grew up on Wegman's milk, it is the best imo. When I moved to NYC, all the ghetto milk out here is so bad. It literally turns sour a week after you bring it back from the supermarket.

Can you even get unpasteurized milk in the US? I thought they had laws against that.

For taste, I'd drink whole milk, but my family most often buys 1%. Skim is like water, yuck.

We buy grocery store brand Skim for my wife and I, whole milk for the boys.

Go through at least 2-gallons a week of each type.

i once drank milk that went straight from the cow into a coffee mug filled with powdered chocolate (ibarra, the good stuff). it was hot and steamy straight out of the cow. best hot chocolate ever.

It's legal in about 25 states. They are listed here.
