We are going to need more jet level output, or at least my output, to get to our 100K goal. I am aiming for 500 a week right now. Have been making it for a couple of weeks now. If jet is consistent, he should be able to crank out 600/wk or so. So, everyone else should shoot for at least 350/wk. That's just 70/day over 5 days. Let's do this thing.

i can't do 150 on a regular basis i don't think but i'll try

i haven't been eating anything post workout so my recovery has been shit therefore i'm going to start taking pre and post workout see if it helps boost energy/recovery

if anyone has any suggestions i am open to hearing them

body is beat up, gonna see how many i can muster tonight this is my 4th day in a row, taking off tom-sun and gonna relax at the pool in 112 deg heat with a beer in hand lulz
