Did a round of Insanity - have to agree on the cardio and plyo. There's also a weight lifting vid in the program, but I recall it being minimal and certainly not the focus of the 60-day cycle. I like most of the mainstream Beachbody products that I've tried and regularly incorporate a couple of p90x and p90x2 routines into my workouts.
