Sad, right? I did the last week of Insanity, and while it was a good workout, it was a lot more cardio and plyo, and a lot less power and power cardio, than I am used to.

Did a round of Insanity - have to agree on the cardio and plyo.  There's also a weight lifting vid in the program, but I recall it being minimal and certainly not the focus of the 60-day cycle.  I like most of the mainstream Beachbody products that I've tried and regularly incorporate a couple of p90x and p90x2 routines into my workouts.

I'll throw in some speedrope on occasion, box jumps, stairmaster and sprints when i feel like it. Last week I just ran a little on the treadmill post-workout.
