lol. I'm usually one of those guys, though I try to go when it's not busy. I feel just shitty if I haven't done at least a rudimentary workout. But since I am either on vacation or working, I don't usually want to be in there 90+ minutes either. I usually do about 2-3 miles in 800 and 400 intervals, which hits cardio hard and fast, and then there are tons of good exercises (pullups, dips, spiderman pushups, power jumps, Russian twists etc...) that can hit a bunch of muscle groups and work the core in a pretty short time. Can usually get the entire thing in in under an hour, and that's with just 10-30 second breaks as needed.
