I think that 3 days is optimal, but I lack of sleep, kids' schedules, etc... make it impossible to ever be at optimal anyway. So, for me, while two days are necessary, three are not going to be much better, if at all.
Anyway, Friday and Saturday, I was proud of myself. Despite a total of 9 hours of sleep between 2 nights, and a cold, I still managed:
26451 + 122 + 136 = 26709
I am supposed to go another 120+ tomorrow, but might make this a "rest week".
