Nipples.

It has to be asked, since it's t-shirt weather again.

What's the best method for keeping them in control? Some of us happen to have large ones, and it's nothing to be ashamed of, but I'm not trying to make them noticable when I walk out the door. Wife-beater tank top?

Some type of exercise to make the pecs less pointy? (seriously...)

If you are a girl, flaunt it

If you are a guy well, there is male breast reduction surgery.

I just dont' think about it. I have well developed pecs ( from swimming ) and big nipples, but I don't worry about it. I notice men & women look at it but c'est la vie. I know even wearing a t-shirt under a shirt helps but it still protrudes a little bit. If you're self-conscious about it.. don't wear tank tops.

I have the same thing as Maharlika. I am well developed but have larger nipples. There is no exercise that will help since it is the glandular tissue that is causing it.

If you are extremely fit (~5% body fat), and have always had them, then you probably need to get a reduction surgery. You could try swimming to build up your chest and burn calories. Could also have a SFer pinch them to get them to tighten up and get hard.

If you have used any hormone altering drugs like propecia/finasteride and there is hardened tissue behind your nipples, then you need to have them surgically removed.

Yeesh. I dunno... pasties? Moleskin donuts? There was a thread about this a long time ago but it was about running and how they would get abraded by the shirt. Either way, I guess I'm glad I don't have that problem or if I do I don't notice and don't care.

What about a bustier, under your tee shirts?
Only if it has flou. I believe your sister has a few articles from Yves Saint Laurent and Balenciega that exhibit this precision tailoring.

Many from Yves Saint Laurent. But bustiers don't have flou. They're snug fitting garments, and should be. Actually, a bandeau would be better.

I think Annette Funicello had the very same problem when she was going through puberty while performing on the Mickey Mouse Club.

I think she wore two t-shirts instead of one.

I don't have a problem with my nipples but in the warmer months I usually layer 2 tshirts. Both for looks and perspiration. Playing in a band in 90 degree weather at a festival (bar - whatever) makes one very sweaty and a tshirt underneath another tshirt or shirt hides it well. And, no, it's not really hot. It's supposed to keep you cooler. (or so they say)

How about putting some tape over them, like the ladies do? Seriously.

Somebody PM "Box Eater" about this thread - he wouldnt' want to miss it.

You could have them removed:
