Sleeve button question

I know that sleeve buttons that touch are "kissing" and those that overlap are "waterfall" but is there a proper name for buttons with spacing between them? I'm talking to some people soon about the basics of MTM and can't for the life of me think of what to call this style!

No one? This can't be the case!?

Perhaps "standard"? There is a ruler with notches to measure buttonhole widths so the cloth can be marked before the holes are made and there were at least two standard widths on the particular rule I used when doing this, not sure if it was sized for men/women but the holes came out like this:

EDIT: I just searched and the tool is called a buttonhole spacer/sizer. There are many different kinds.

I suppose standard will have to suffice. For some reason I've always preferred waterfall buttons, so its not until I've come to explain it that the thought even crossed my mind.
