I agree with FrankCowperwood. Pre-orders for the Vicuna ties! smile.gificon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Let's make it happen.

The customer service by Rob is great. His love for his craft is awesome. Support YHNT - everyone should own multiples.

I cannot agree more with that, Rob is a great guy, and so are his ties. They're extremely well made, make great knots and the fabrics are always interesting. I'd much rather support YHN than the big tie makers.

If there is serious interest in some vicuna makeups, get a hold of me. I may be able to access some 100% vicuna and bang out a tie (3 fold and lined) for about $379. I'd have to do some digging to confirm that price though, but if there's demand, I could try and make that work. I'll confirm this weekend if I can do that. I think most of the colors are brown based but I'll take some sample shots and post them here if its available. Stay tuned...

My Loro Piana Brown Donegal cashmere from last fall is one of my most worn ties. At $150, not quite vicuna level, but incredibly gorgeous. Do not sleep on these fabrics if you can help it! The SF discount is such a crazy bonus, too.

Always happy to support Rob!

$379! I may have done it now... ha ha. Maybe I should just buy some actual Vicuñas. Wonder how much space they'd take up in the back yard.

I'll look forward to seeing some samples. I may well be game for something like this considering what I know the final product will be like and the opportunity to do something cool like this with Rob and SF.

I will check it out this weekend or next...vicuna is funny and some of it can be too thick, but I'll see what I can do. Stay tuned.

Can't believe I haven't bought one of these yet. Trying to decide between the @owljohn and the wool/cash English houndstooth. Think I maybe just need both...

Rob, did you check to see if you had any ocean fabric left? Fingers crossed you do, that is one awesome tie.
