Fantastic tie and beautifully made. Love all my yellow hook ties.

You nailed the look @NewYawker :fonz:. Love that floral PS and of course that YHN tie combo. I've shied away from PS namely because I don't know how to pair or make it look congruent with tie/shirt/suit colour and patterns, and second, I don't know how to fold them 'correctly'. But your look gives me some inspiration.

Perhaps we can all protest Rob and the YHN crew to start handcrafting PS along with the ties. Just maybe if we get enough commotion, he'll cave :D.

Thank you sir! I struggle more often than not in choosing a PS. Sometimes it's too busy. If I'm not comfortable I just take it out. Start with the basics and you'll get the hang of it. As for folding I just stuff it in there. +1 on YH offering pocket squares. Would like to see what he comes up with. And today's YH of choice:

Really great color and depth on this one.

Forearm isn't new, but the hand piece just had the color done. Compass Rose. Love it!

Autumnal temperatures this morning but warming up to 30 C (86 F) and sunny in the afternoon, and then cooling right back down in the evening calls for a careful selection of necktie. As much as I want to bring out my gorgeous collection of heavier weight YHN ties, I've decided to hold-off until the temperature really dips. As for now, I'm enjoying the wonderful Spring/Summer lightweight, soft, and airy collection. I decided to go with this red summer knit as I head out to the TIFF (Toronto International Film Festival). This tie is perfect for temperature fluctuations throughout out the day during this time of year.

New tie released thismorning, and this one is definitely in my top three of all the pieces we have ready for this season. It's a beautifully lightweight Fresco like tweed in a lovely deep merlot with a subtle glen plaid background.
