The front end from the side looks like a 3-series. I'm not sure what I think about that.

Actually looks a lot like the 1 Series, with Alfa Romeo 147 cues (hence Zapatinas )

I see more Ford Focus (Euro-model, not the decade-old one sold here) in it than anything else. I don't see 1er in it at all. The 1er is a scared, pregnant cow writ in sheetmetal, but this one is a pretty basic looking 2-box with a few extraneous sills. I also don't see 147 in it, in that there's no sex in this one. Still, it's a huge step up from that awful grille Subaru's been peddling recently. If it drives as well as the older WRX's, it might be worthy of consideration when we have kids and possibly need a vehicle that gigantic...
