I am very much interested in this suit by Zegna here. The seller told that the tag said made in Switzerland. I am wondering if this suit is vintage? (80s, 90s?)

I am also looking at one of this Burberry London,

Both have the Houndstooth patterns. Burberry is one bill cheaper than Zegna.

Thanks.

I didn't even need to see that Zegna tag to tell you that it's ancient. Based on the lapels and button stance, it is very dated. The burberry is more recent.

This.

The Zegna was made in 90s. Burberry was made by Hickey Freeman (half-canvassed).

What's interesting is that the lapels are now back in fashion. However, that button stance and jetted pockets make it very dated.

You might want to skip these items; a little overpriced imo.

I was bidding on this, but unfortunately, lost. I really want to find the cashmere suit with glen plaid like this... is there any recommendation?

Thanks.
