Jack Straw's sale started today, and they have a good selection of items in various sizes left. (FWK is included too).

In person. They take phone orders though.

What is the discount?
The discount is variable, I think from 30-40% off.

I just got off the phone with John at Jack Straw, here's some of the stuff he has available (not an exhaustive list, feel free to ask him if he's carrying anything else):

- the Andover in Red/White/Blue stripe, as well as matching Cinch pant and Vest
- Short Sleeve Western in White with Red/Black Dots (155 USD)
- Workshirt in Blue Madras with Red stripe (150 USD)
- Driver Jacket in Iridescent Khaki (385 USD)
- Penn Shirt in Olive (250 USD)
- Navy Patchwork Baker Jacket (250 USD)

All of this stuff was available in Medium, with the exception of the Driver Jacket, which John says runs big. He says he's 155 and wear 40R usually and the Small fits him well.

If you'd like to buy one of these items, call Jack Straw. I get the impression that they're a little too busy in the store right now to sort through emails.

Keep in mind that they accept returns even on sale items.

I got the medium driver jacket for myself yesterday. shog[1].gif

It does run big.

Yeah I have the small and was told it fits a 38R in jackets

I usually wear medium otherwise nowadays. I thought about the medium to perhaps layer and wear into F/W but in general I try not to wear things not for its intended "purpose" or season.

I thought you did not like the jacket robin mwink[1].gif

Anyone got an email address for EG that I can use to enquire after a spare button for one of my jackets? The one on their website doesn't seem to work for me. Cheers.

Last time I needed to contact them I just emailed Nepenthes. Give that a shot.

If you cannot get them on the line, let me know what you need and I'll assist.

Really trying hard to track down a Dark Navy Cavalry Twill Cinch Vest to match the rest of my suit...any leads? Bureau only has a huge size left and I need a XS or S.

When I emailed Nepenthes NY to inquire about the Calvary Twill Andover Jacket, they gave me this response:

"The Calvary Twill Andover we will not be stocking at our shop. You can try: Garbstore, Jack Straw, MAC, Nomad, Odin, Start, Stuart & Wright, The Bureau."

I'd give those guys a shot because they might have picked it up alongside the jacket. I know that MAC in SF doesn't have it, though. Alternatively, just email Nepenthes directly and they should be able to tell you who stocked it.
