OTR dress shirts for bros who work out?

Lately it seems like I've been having a hard time finding decent fitting dress shirts. Basically, they tend to be too tight in the chest/arms/shoulders if I get dress shirts that are properly sized in terms of sleeve length and around the body. Or, if I get shirts that can handle my chest/arms/shoulders, the sleeves are too long because the size is too big, or they have a lot of extra fabric in the body because they were cut for a fat guy. It's not like I'm super jacked, just 5'11 190, but even at that weight it's a problem.

Am I going to be stuck having everything tailored from here on out? Or might someone here know some OTR brands I can try? Polo Custom Fit dress shirts fit decently but can be a bit boring and I don't wanna use them as a staple. On others I've tried, Borrelli can't accommodate muscles, T&A would sort of fit except I almost never find 15.75 and the quarter sizes up and down are too tight or have too long of sleeves, Brioni and Luciano Barbera tend to have a lot of fabric in the waist

You can always tailor dress shirts, sides taken in, sleeves shortened etc. Just get one that fits both neck and chest and let a tailor take care of rest. Not much you can do about pumped biceps / triceps though, I guess just avoid the slim and skinny fits. Or go for MTM.

Try Rochester Big and Tall.
