What is the name of this tie from Godfather II?

Interesting question. I did a little searching, based on a guess that it must be a traditional item of neckwear, and yes, it's a variant of the traditional Sicilian folk costume

Glad to help a little, at least. Yes, Vicenzo's is probably the more realistic/authentic version and the ones in the photos are likely an exaggerated variety for the purposes of entertaining tourists, etc. If you're really curious about it all, try getting in touch with someone on the Sicilian Tourism Board, on whatever its equivalent is called. They can probably find the answer really quickly and tell you more about the tradtional costume's origins generally.
