What the hell? I don't even see that on a college campus with probably the most frat guys in the nation. I don't know what it looks like but it sounds like something to be left alone.

Typically it does. I think it's safe to say that this was .. never.. ever.. evvveerrr acceptable.

I hate to beat the proverbial dead horse here, but please don't do it. Unless of course you're planning to opt for the afore mentioned external underwear look. Then it's acceptable. (But not with dry denim)

Wasn't as bad as you'd think.
Don't get me wrong, it looked silly, but the guy was like 15 and kinda punky so it wasn't terribly out of place.
