Renounced MC/conservative business dress in favor of toned down "sharp casual" ?

@Andrew Ryan , that might work for you, but that's not the style or look that I'm after at all. To each their own.

I have found myself far more drawn to unstructured stuff lately though.

Subscribed. For me, this is a dressy as I can possibly get away with on a daily basis because I work in high-tech.

How I yearn for a world in which this was the norm for streetwear and denim! Well done, Reev.

So have I. Although I have moved up in terms of quality (and price) as I'm now able to afford better stuff than I did five years ago.

Talk about timeless!

I just re-read what I posted, and it is spot on today.
I have toned it down even more since.
It certainly is spot-on for physical-distancing land. I wonder where CM will go in this new hybrid world that's coming when we hit herd immunity. I hope we'll stress tailored sport-y jackets (safari, field, ski, etc.) that can be worn indoors. And that we'll keep the tailored pant. I think that combo could have wide appeal as people move away from business suits, but need something tailored that can be worn outdoors, indoors, and on Zoom. The 70s had a lot of good ideas about that.
