It doesn't say "Levi's Vintage Clothing" anywhere in the listing. So to answer your question, no, they're not LVC, just nicer-than-normal mainline Levi's

I've owned a few pairs of LVCs and nothing about the pictures you've posted indicates this is a pair of LVC jeans.
