I sent mine last Saturday, USPS.  No idea why it still isn't there but I just checked the tracking info and it was in Vegas yesterday, says expected delivery by today though.  I can PM you the number if you want, sorry.

^No worries dude. It's traveling quite a distance, so it's perfectly understandable. But now that I know where it's coming from, I'm more eager to receive it

I have taht MMM book, it's really cool

Glad you like it! The coffee is awesome with a bit of condensed milk to give it a crazy nice sweet/bitter taste. The chocolate bar is one of the best I've had, so hope you enjoy eating/drinking/reading all that!!!
