Thats a lovely detailed post there.

Just one query I have. What is that red polishing cloth Mr.Hasegawa uses ?

I think I saw it on a youtube video too.

Where can I find it ??

Someone please help.

Thanks! fing02[1].gif

Those polishing cloths are sold at Brift H, but you can easily make them yourself.

They are strips of cotton flannel cut to 3" x 16".

First time post but have been lurking now for over a year.  Thank you all as I have learned much from you.  Thought I'd save everyone the downloading of all eight images separately and combined them all into one reduced size PDF file attached here.  Hope I didn't overstep any boundaries.  At 13MB, the original PDF was too big to post here so if you'd like the non-reduced size version, please PM me.  Thanks again, especially to nutcracker for the translation work!

Wow, very informative. I've always wonder why there are streaks after I brush my waxed captoes, that's because I've been using horsehair brush, and not goat hair. Good timing.

As for leather sole care, anyone knows a dealer in North America for the Tapir on page 4? It cost 35 Euro to post to Canada.
