Pretty interesting, and not too surprising. I still know a couple of individuals still working there since high school (about 10 years ago). The pay is more than the typical job elsewhere for sure *cough* Walmart *cough*
They are a very impressive company. Very focused on quality and the customer experience. Decent to their employees. They treat their vendors reasonably too.
The more I get to know about their operations, the more I like them.
