I'm just wondering if anyone could tell me whether this is an authentic cashmere overcoat by E. Zegna. 700

I think it is only Zegna cloth.

If that's the only Zegna tag, then it's just the fabric for sure.

Please photograph the other tags, but almost certainly its just fabric. They wouldnt brand the coat and put the fabric tag.

But still, Zegna make cloth for the big name designers so it'll be quality

Zegna like Marzotto sell cloth to anybody willing to buy it. What they do with the material is up to the tailor.
