A. Testoni Fit

Thread Starter
Hello, Can somebody please tell me more about the fit of A. Testoni shoes? Some time ago I ordered a US 9M, but they are too tight. I usually wear a UK 8 for Santoni and a UK 8.5 (or UK 8) for C&J. Unfortunately I do not have the chance to try them on: they are not sold here in Holland. Mike

For reference, I am a 9D US in Allen-Edmonds. Depending on last I am an 8.5 or 9 US in Santoni. I am an 8.5 M in Testoni. Hope that helps.

They run long. I usually size down a half size in them.

If they are UK sized, I drop down a whole size. If they are US sized, I get my normal size. I only have 2 pair and they both fit very good.

My foot is rather narrow; Testoni fits it 'just so.' A little on the snug side. But I've found that to be the case with a number of Italian brands.

Both were brand new

1) 6/2004 retail $1100-1200 I paid $129 @Nordstrom's Rack (Potomac Mills)
2) 1/2006 retail $625-725 I paid $100 @ City Slicker (Detroit)

This is shoe #2. Zoppos is now selling if for $860, that's insane.
All last year this model was discount for at least 50%.
