I'm of the opinion that diet pills are expensive placebos.

Unless it contains ephedrine HCL or ma huang, it is basically bunk. Search pub med for many, many, many successful fat loss trials with ephedrine in Europe. And even then, calories and cardio are 95% of the game.

I think your typical ECA stack should be quite effective (Ephedrine, Caffiene, Asprin)

Or you can get this prescription, assuming like most people you have some form of ADHD.

While it isn't a sure thing, I've had very good results with Nutrex Research's Lipo 6 formula. Give it a shot.

Lipo6 and a few other supplements are described in this article.

I would replace ECA with ECG(reen tea). 1) Aspirin is unnecessary 2) Green tea (extract) has some potential for fatloss (amount used in tests is typically 270 mg EGCG / day). EGCG is the potent component in green tea. Ephedrine (ma huang) is the king, works best. Enhances metabolic rate, might enhance insulin sensitivity in muscle mass (good thing). And absolutely annihilates apetite. Gives workout boost. Coffee is ok. Enhances also metabolic rate, might enhance insulin sensitivity in muscle mass. Slight workout boost. Has a synergestic effect with ephedrine. 1+1 = 3 Green tea might be ok. At least healthy. Rest are bunk. . . . Except nicotine, which is actually quite effective....

Since the ephedra ban, I presume nothing is really worthwhile. I've heard ECA does wonders. Too bad I didn't care about my body enough when that was legal, huh?

You can still buy Ephedra products online. I'm not sure how effective, or legal, they are, though.

serioulsy guys, if a Hollywood cut physique were actually available in a bottle, do you think you'd have to ask a forum to find it? It'd be available everywhere and we'd all have 30 in waists.

Hehe this is true. ECA stacks are worth about 300 calories per day at the max anyways, which is equal to about half an hour on the treadmill. The biggest gains though, would be from lack of appetite, which you can accomplish through self control.

The truth. Been on adderall for about three weeks last year when I got diagnosed with ADD and lost so much during and after. While on it, lost about 5 lbs but the whole not eating much must of shrank my stomach (and appetite) because I continued to lose afterwards.

Two words to be warned about if you're going to be on this: chronic constipation.

the reason i stopped taking even though it was boosting my grades a bit oh... I also noticed some teeth grinding while on it... but no biggie.

Sounds like you need like Adderall + Taco Bell for the best combo.
