I bought a pirate dvd from ebay for $60, I didnt know it was pirate, actually not even sure it is pirate other than there are a lot of misspelt words in the booklets...anywho that was like 8 months ago...what I do these days is just workout using the booklet and dont watch the dvds, its much faster workout without Tonys yappin' lol
shit works, you just gotta modify modify modify...I dont think it has enough cardio so I run 3-4 times a week
