I agree about the Oliver Peoples build quality. Nice glasses (had them for a year), but they certainly feel delicate.

Also agree with Randolph Engineering. Great glasses. If you want one more to try, Tom Ford.

Maui Jims has excellent aviators. You can also go classic and buy a pair of Ray-Ban aviators.

Cartier aviators offer excellent build quality and workmanship. They also have an exotic wood stem option available but I prefer classic (very pale) pink gold.

My other pair of aviators from ST DuPont is very nice too but after about 12 years of constant ipuse shows some tarnish. The Cartier bought at the same time is perfect.

I'd go with the Cartier if you have the money. TF is Luxottica, so nothing special in construction.

I like Cartier and Randolph best. I love the feel of the wood rims. But Randolph offers really nice construction and look great. Unless you really love the design of Tom Ford or Oliver, I'd go with Randolph or Cartier.

Cartier has an aviator which is much closer to classical aviator design, this piece looks somewhat modernized

Do you know a website that sells it?

Lunor is a German company that makes really, really well-made glasses.

Am on my 2nd pair of OP Strummers in 4 years.
They are in my opinion the best aviators you can get.
Mine have fallen on concrete, down stairs, sat on, etc far too many times to count.
The frames are extremely resilient, the lenses, however, are polycarbonate and scratch easily.
The only downside, because of a lack of fully curved ear pieces, they do tend to slip off.
My first pair got lost in the water whilst on a boat, hence the 2nd pair.
