I purchased this watch as a present for my brother -- his birthday is next month. Well, I discovered last week that he made some poor financial choices recently, and if I give him the watch he is more likely to lose it in bankruptcy than anything else.
So I'm selling it.
The watch is made by Daniel Mink, which is a small Swiss company. It is a 25 jewel Swiss ETA automatic movement. Black face, white hands, and white enamel numbers. The second hand has a red accent at the tip. Date window at the 3. Display back. Stainless steel case and buckle. Sapphire mineral crystal. Approximately 20 mm black Italian leather strap with white stitching.
It's a very cool watch -- the case is on the larger size. The picture shows the watch next to the warranty card, which is the size of a credit card. I was debating keeping this for myself, but I have a very small wrist and I'm worried the watch is a hair too big for me. Width is 36 mm (excluding the crown) and about 44 mm lug to lug. It is about 9 mm thick. The watch is nice and heavy -- it's clearly very well made.
I'd like to sell the watch for $300 shipped. That is slightly under what I paid for it -- I got the watch at an *awesome* discount. The retail is $1300, and that struck me as a very reasonable retail price to begin with. It's brand new, runs perfectly, and comes with the original box, papers, and warranty card.
