so the question of the day.
who owns his name?
he sold it to JA apparel
I thought he convinced Hart Marx to buy the name back.
so who gets the intellectual rights in the bankruptcy.

I'm not sure if HMX actually bought it from JA. If they did and didn't pay for it, then JA would have to petition the Court to get it back
