Pic is from Tom Ford, but I'm curious if a similar fabric could be found in the books (Zegna doesn't have it):

made by Zegna and as you said will certainly not be in any of the zegna books for many years to come.

However reduce the size of this pattern by half and add a faint blue over check midway and you have one of Loro Piana's Wish 170.

I have seen and felt the Ford pattern and it is bold, lovely, and with a nice hand. The Wish is not as bold due to the smaller scale but is far more luxurious however.

Thanks, Xenon. I would love if this were available in a solid 11/12 oz. worsted or, better yet, a 13-14oz. flannel.
