I tried that, but Aus Post doesn't track it, because it was sent via ordinary mail. I rang Aus Post and they said it could take 3 week to get through customs etc.
I am thinking it might be lost in transit. It being 3 pocket squares.
According to Royal Mail, it was put on a plane to Australia on November 20. It arrived in Australia on the 21st of November.
Now, if CeP was sent something of a similar size and exactly the same mailing option, then something must have gone wrong. Aus Post says that from when it arrives in Australia, allow 21 days for ordinary post to get to your door.

So I sent this to Aus Post:
"Greetings
A parcel was sent to me from the U.K about 2 weeks ago. The parcel, which was very small and light was sent via 'Royal Mail' and was sent with tracking.
Over a week ago, the Royal Mail tracking system registered the parcel as arriving in Australia.
You can check here:
track2.royalmail.com
ID Number: LY666490297GB
So the parcel did arrive in Australia, but Australia post has failed to deliver it, or has lost the parcel.
Michael"
And received this back:
"Hi Michael,
I am sorry to hear that you have not received your parcel in the timeframe you expected. I understand that it is frustrating and annoying when you are expecting a parcel and it does not arrive when you want it to.
I can confirm our records show this article was prepared for dispatch to Australia on the 20th of November, but has not yet arrived. Usually this service takes between 7-15 business days for delivery to occur.
Please note that the Royal Mail website states "passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in Australia" once an article has been dispatched to Australia, and not when it has arrived into Australia.
I recommend you ask the sender of this item to contact their posting agent in the UK so that they may commence an investigation as the item should have already arrived.
If there is anything further I can do for you please feel free to email me a reply and I will be glad to help. I hope you have a lovely day.
Kind regards,

Basically, Aus Post isn't claiming any responsibility. What is a fair outcome for Shaya and I? I have ordered about 4 different things from the U.K in the last month and they have all arrived with no problems. I don't understand how this parcel went missing!

Just got off the phone with Royal Mail, they said that they have to allow a maximum of 25 working days before they can investigate/make a claim for a lost package. The lady said the earliest she could do something would be the 28th December. This is rather frustrating.

I must be your first customer that has had something lost in transit :(.
Well, once 25 days comes around, try and start up an investigation. Considering you posted it mid-November, it is slack of her to suggest it can't be chased until after Christmas :(.
BTW people, Shaya has always replied within 5 minutes of me emailing him. Great service.
