A few of my appointments this year were outside of the actual Pitti fair. One of them was with Passaggio Cravatte.

 

Coming soon to the webstore will be some RTW ties in 2 widths and bespoke grenadines. Some vintage fabrics will be available exclusively for Style Forum members as well. More to come on that another time.

Has anyone had any issues returning items to ET? I sent something back a month ago but haven't heard anything. I've also been unable to receive a response from Shaya via email or PM, which seems uncharacteristic based on what I've seen on SF.

I've been a customer three times at ET. I returned something a while back, and any lag in our comms was more than compensated for by the fact that  Shaya was an absolute gent about it, even though the problem wasn't his fault (goddamn Penrose cufflinks).

 

I think he's a very busy man. So just try again, and he'll get back to you I'm sure.

I hate to post this here, but I have exhausted the other methods of communication to no avail. I have sent two emails (one 11 days ago and one 4 days ago) without reply and I sent a private message (3 days ago) which has garnered no reply. I'm hoping this post might get someone's attention.

 

I bought three shoe trees from Exquisite Trimmings on 29 July 2013. I have not yet received the items. That's fine - sometimes things take a bit longer - but I never received an email confirming my purchase. Not to worry because I emailed Shaya and within 2 days he replied confirming my order had gone through. He then stated that dispatch would happen that day (or the day after) and that I would receive an email with a tracking number. I never received a dispatch confirmation email, nor an email with a tracking number.

 

It's been about 22 days since that response from Shaya. As I previously stated, I have emailed twice and sent one private message since that time to enquire as to whether a tracking number could be provided to me. I'd greatly appreciate a response.

It took a little bit of time for my purchase but as I was inquiring the status the ties showed up the next day.

It's only 3 weeks since dispatch - which isn't too different from the norm (7-10 days usually), but I'd just sleep a little easier with the tracking code.

Kayhill am sure your delivery will be with you shortly as from experience Shaya of Exquisitetrimmings is pretty spot on with regards to shipping. On another note exquisitetrimmings facebook page is advertising a bankholiday sale of 20% off everything till midnight Tuesday 27th with code BANKSALE.

No sweat man! Shaya is awesome and I am sure he is swamped but you should hopefully get your stuff soon!
