thanks! the fabric is medium thick. hefty enough to feel substantial, but not super thick.

i dont think the color i got is particularly summery, but he has some really cool light blues that would make an excellent summer tie.

Thanks for the reply, in stitches. So, say, a linen-blend, 7-fold construction tie won't be too thick for summer in NYC?

no probs. i dont think it will be too thick, but im not very particular about tie weights in seasons, as long as they look seasonal enough.
