Dressing up

I really prefer to be dressed up. I don't want to over do it. I like this style that I have seen a guy from a rock band called Jet. The lead singer is basically wearing jeans or dress pants I can't really tell, a sport jacket with a white collar shirt. As for ties, it looks like he is wearing a bandana around his neck although it looks longer than regular bandanas. Any coments on this look

Are you referring to Cameron Muncey? He looks pretty cool in that out fit. Well Iwould say, go for it ...
