This is a black leather Coach satchel. This bag was bought new approximately in the mid to late 90s. It was used occasionally for a few years then placed in storage several years ago. This was my girlfriend's bag and she is cleaning out extra items she does not need anymore and would like to sell this bag off. Looking at the Coach website, this must be one the first production runs of the Beekman Brief (I am not a Coach aficionado but the pictures on Coach's website are identical to the bag I am selling)
The measurements are approximate:
4.5" wide
15.25" long (seam to seam)
12" high (measured from the side of the bag with the flap closed)
16.25" wide (measured across the back of the bag)
Back pocket is approximately 10" deep
Strap is adjustable: 43.5" at the longest and 40.25" at the shortest, with a total of 5 adjustment holes to adjust the strap length
Coach label affixed to the inside of the bag states it's made of natural glovetanned cowhide, Made in the United States, with a "serial"/model number of 0970-305
I would rate the condition as excellent, given it's age and the surface handling marks. Some wearing around the edges. No rips, tears, nor stains.
$200 local (northern VA) or $225 shipped, USPS parcel post with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance to anywhere within the continental US. Check, USPS money order accepted.
